furry

Today’s Photohunter theme is “furry”.

Not an especially furry brush in January – in summer I could knit a whole other cat from the fur that collects on the brush.

That’s a great expression on the kitty’s face!

If you didn’t want to knit another cat, you could consider knitting one of those cat handbags.

Our cats shed fur around the year, or at least it seems so. Cute shot.

    “Furry”

See, I would have just submitted a photo of my fishtank.

(I guess I should clean it once in a while.)

Does your cat bite the hairbrush too? Pretty kitty and good shot for Furry theme. Mine is up at:

No. Not my cat. A friend of a friend’s. And NONE of the photos actually gives and accurate impression of either his venomous glare or the truly strange orange colour of his eyes. He actually gives you a bone-chilling squinty-eyed glare.

    I added one more…

Gaaaa … that cat handbag video is so ewww, alejna. Thanks for reminding me of it. ;)

You’re the only person I’ve ever met who has furry fish, Pip.

That is one evil looking kitteh, mudhooks.

While both of the boys love a good brushing, Azar goes particularly mental over them. Above he is rubbing his cheeks against the brush. Then he flops down and starts rolling around so I can get at all areas of his body, all the while making little chirupping noises. In summer, when they get at least one brushing a day, Azar will let me know when I’m slacking off and mieow his head off until I reach for the brush. Then he races into the bedroom and “assumes the brushing position” on the bed. Annoying and cute at the same time. He’s quite good at that.

Thanks to everyone for stopping by! :)

isn’t that cute? he loves being brushed. He looks like one of our lady cats who loves to stay in my bed every time I am home.
