Today’s Photohunter theme is “warm”.

Yep, it’s my favourite boys again, lolling in a sunbeam (loll cats?), happy and warm.

Since it’s ducked back below freezing for the week here in the Eastern US, and the wind yesterday was vicious, this makes me very envious of the boys.
Looks like they enjoying the warmth of the sun…have a great weekend!

I couldn’t think of a photo that conveyed “warm” as in temperature so I went with warm colours.

I took that photo last spring, when the sun comes streaming into the livingroom in the mornings (not when we need it, like now!).
Those two sometimes get into fights when the sunbeam starts narrowing and there’s only room for one. But mostly they are in a blissful sundrenched stupor and so I drag them around the livingroom floor as the sunbeam moves without disturbing their slumber. ‘Tis not for nothing they are known around here as the sultans of sloth.

Kitties in sunbeams is definitely the definition of “warm”. They look like their settled in for the duration.
My PhotoHunt contribution is more geared to human warmth, but I bet the kitties would love to visit.
