photohunter creamy

Today’s Photohunter theme is “creamy”.

In keeping with the whole anti-cancer thang, have been trying to include more antioxidents in my diet. One of the most delicious ways has been making fruit & yoghurt smoothies for breakfast. This one has blueberries, melon, banana, natural yoghurt … and also some greek yoghurt to make it extra creamy.

That looks great and very healthy especially with the blueberries. I agree Greek Yogurt is really creamy. It is almost like devonshire cream. I’ve been eating it on fresh strawberries. Yummm…

That looks really good. I think it’s a good idea to drink it out of a nice glass, too. Makes it special.
