That was so funny I started looking at the other bits listed along the bottom of the screen and suddenly half an hour had passed full of giggles. Hope you are rested after your bus ride.

Hmmm… my doorbell stopped working about 6 years ago….. Do you suppose…..

My doorbell doesn’t work either. It didn’t when we moved in. Do you suppose there was a pre-emptive strike? Hmmm.

My doorbell doesn’t work either… seriously.

That’s it… Personally, I suspect that they are in league with the toasters.

    Jeff Vader! :)

The first ever time I saw Eddie Izzard was when I was living in Bristol (1991) and saw him doing his Raised By Wolves sketch on TV. I actually slid off the sofa clutching my belly and kicking my legs …. “Hey guys, get in the back!”

This is the sketch, not sure if it’s the same I saw (I thought I’d seen him on Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day).

Brilliant man. Yes, my favourite comedian too, WeeRascal.

Just added a link to Eddie Izzard’s latest charity challenge … look up!

Actually, I thinks they may have miscalculated on the doorbell thing.

The pros to having the doorbell not working is that strangers are less likely to be allowed access to the house.

However, the con is that they have less chance of escape through an open doorway when someone DOES come to the door. And given Benjamin’s propensity for making a break for it when the door is opened for any reason, one would think that having the door bell working would be advantageous.

Unless there is some master-plan at work that isn’t obvious….

“I thinks”… Getting closer to “Talk Like A Pirate Day” and we all know what that means…
