I was great fun. As you know, I just love doing these tours. It looks like things will be picking up in May – it would be great to get up to doing one or two a week.
Do what you love and the money will come. So glad it went well and things are up and running. Wish I had been there. It probably would wreck my diet, though.
Well, so far it’s always gone well – and I remember when you didn’t worry about wrecking your diet when it came to trying out fabulous tapas.
We talked a bit about this last night. I know someone who went to Scotland on holiday and refused to try the wonderful salmon there because it was “too fatty” and she didn’t want to put on weight.
On the other hand I’ve known vegetarians who have gone on tapas tours with me here who have said “Oh hell, I can’t come all the way to Spain and *not* try the jamón!”.
I reckon that when one is on holiday it’s rather a nice idea to be on holiday from everything.

Food looks wonderful (as ever) – not fair when it ‘s going to be a coule of hours at least before I get to my lunch.
