Salmorejo is orange…

I found a couple of orange things this week too. I’m in.
How come orange came back so fast?
This is the third time for “orange”! Next time I’ll have to resort to the obvious – Seville oranges.

Here I am trying to lose a little weight and I find all this – Now I’m suddenly starving!
Salmorejo is like a thick, creamy gazpacho. No cream is actually used but the texture is lovely and smooth. The tomato-based type is very good but the beet one is amazing.
