What, the Pargua? I’ve never tried it, but I’ve had some very nice Chilean wines before.

OK, I really do like wines from Chile, and I would clearly give this one a try.

Hmm…I clicked the Clint Eastwood quote, and Julia Child, and that I pay attention to fine points but not gospel. 😉 The first time I got the Moscato Bottani, Spain, 2009 (the very dry white…which is what I’d generally choose.) The second time, with one answer different (the one about how I’d spend my last 24 hours) I got the cabernet.
I’m nothing if not unpredictable…lately, I’m trying to sort out the local Finger Lakes Rieslings. And an aged Finger Lakes catawba (nobody ages catawba, it’s a very new taste to me…) from a very small winery called Silver Springs. They only sell it only at the winery, which means I have to take a trip down there to get more. 😉

I’m not surprised you got Botani… and now you have to try it! Even if you get these guys to send it to you for $20 it’s still a good buy. Make sure you ask for 2009.

Hmmm…. I tried to cut and paste but it didn’t work and now I’ve forgotten what I got. Something spanish… it should have been a shiraz though. It’s the wine I usually drink and it suits my personality too
