Had a great lie-in this morning after staying up late watching Christmas films. Now a quick shower, then I’m meeting a twitter friend from Jerez for a coffee, and then I have a tapas tour!

I’ll be off to the family soon. It’s always a lovely day, especially when my brother turns up with his partner and my niece & nephews later in the afternoon. They’re 3, 2 and nearly 1 and it’s all so awe-inspiring to them, it’s wonderful to watch.

With the Cat Population in the Lair 2.5 times the normal the last few days have been more thrilling than usual. No blodshed, just some displaced fur and hurt feelings. Feeding five cats simultaneously can be quite exciting sometimes.
