Two things — First, in the US, I’d use an air horn, myself. Second, If you think those folks are slow, you haven’t walked behind me! At least I have an excuse, I use a cane.
Isn’t “slow” always relative to the speed at which one wishes to walk?
I used to have a bell that you could put on your finger, it was a give-away of an IT firm at some career fair.
