I like lists like this. I just finished reading your “Tapas for Beginners”. I wish I had read it before I did your fab tour last winter. I’m going to make a suggestion here…Why don’t you send this link out to anyone who reserves a tapas tour? I don’t think I’m alone in wanting more info. about something I don’t know a lot about, but am interested enough to book a tour.
That’s a good idea, Nancie. I think I tell people most of that info during the course of the tapas tour, but reading it ahead of time might help people feel more prepared. A version of that article is actually on Sevilla Tapas, called Tapas 101.
