how stressed are you?

Your Stress Level is: 73%

You are prone to stress, and you’re probably even pretty stressed right now.

Life’s problems seem to pile up on you, and this often makes you feel depressed and burned out.

Learn to take time to relax and enjoy life, even if things are stressful.

It’s the only way you’ll get through the bad times.

64% for me, I would have put it much higher at the moment.

Also …. WordPress is so weird. It made me log in for the first comment, but not the second and the second is under a different username. Really WordPress?!

I’m at 67%, also without a PET scan scheduled to account for it being so high. (Actually, things are relatively stable in my home and family right now…I’m apparently just high strung. But I knew that.)

    Your Stress Level is: 37%

You are slightly prone to stress, but generally you keep it under control.

You know how to relax and take things as they come, even when your world seems to be falling apart.

Occasionally, you do let yourself get stressed out, but you snap out of it pretty quickly.

Surprised it is that low really, but I think people would agree with the “You know how to relax ” part!

53%, but probably just because of how relaxing anything other than moving is. I shudder to think what I would have scored on this last week.
