Dog breath in the Tidewater. Once again, we understand why Washington DC is historically a tropical posting for British diplomats. Today I had to pull over to the curb during a windblown torrent that was like buckets emptied onto my windscreen. The air outside now resembles a men’s locker room with amplified essence of jockstrap. Bleagh.
