What an interesting way to (re)discover old classics 😀
Could be a quiz: see the Lego version and find out what was the original.

I actually looked up the originals and made these collages to show them together.
And then NOBODY but you responds…
They are way-cool though. Glad you enjoyed them.

Oh, you did the collage? Well done, these are actually very helpful 🙂 Better than just the lego transposition on its own actually (but maybe just because I don’t know that many classic photographs).
But what is it with all the lego stuff since a few years? That, and The brick testament, and even some video games like Lego Indiana Jones or something :weird: (Sezz the guy who rushed to make his Lego Avatar as soon as you had posted a link ;-))

(By the way: nested replies are somewhat cool, but they can get pretty tight too — http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_MNvQHZVBrTo/Sd33KzUBHGI/AAAAAAAAAaw/I_AI2SeL5Pc/s400/a_night_at_the_opera.jpg)

That’s better. Ish. Yeah, since they did a Vigilance upgrade the nesting thing went a bit wonky. Heh, love that movie.

That is impressive! I’ve seen Lunch atop a skyscraper many times, and I certainly recognise VJ Day Times Square. I think I’ve seen the other two too. Excellent collage. I’ll go look at the others now and see what I recognise.

I loved looking at the setup pics too.
Glad you liked the collages. I read that the nurse in the VJ Day photo died last week.
