Little scamp. She also gets that (adorable) defiant look in her eyes, like oh yeah whaddaya gonna do about it… yes, she has a nice water bowl that gets refreshed 2-3 times a day with Brita filtered water. She just likes being mischievous. And yes, that’s probably a tortie thing.
