The other day I read a lovely story by Nicholas Gilman that included a recipe for guacamole by Annie Ross and so of course I had to make it. Simple and delicious. Had it with dressed mar azul tomatoes & pickled red onion, zamorano cheese and baking powder biscuits. 🥑🍋‍🟩🎶
