Today’s Photohunter theme is “twisted”.
These are deep-fried langostines with potato threads twisted around them, at one of my favourite tapas bars in Seville, Bodeguita Romero. Mmmm…

I’ve never tried one of those but I know the Chinese have a similar dish.
