It’s not a monkey. Duh, you’d think these guys would do their research! It’s a tanuki, a Japanese raccoon dog; they have enormous testicles. But that’s not the reason it’s my favorite, of course.
Now that is way more insane than the costumes. Checked out the website linked to at the end of the video and apparently it’s for ANABUKI Construction? Huh?
