Duck survives two days in fridge
I don’t get it. The guy shot the duck – clearly in order to kill it – and then because the wife saw it was still alive in the fridge they went through great time and expense to keep it alive?

Really, I’m with you. But the thing is, if the duck was deemed dead and in the refrigerator, it should have been dressed out long before it could frighten wifey. Most hunters Iknow of are aware that once the animal is dead, you do not want the guts in there promoting spoilage.
all in all, a very strange event.

Och, you know the saying, “If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it probably needs a few more minutes in the oven.”
Also:
Q. How do you turn a duck into a soul singer?
A. Put it in the microwave until its Bill Withers.

Oh, Edward, ouch!!
I think all ducks should remain unmolested. π If you kill it and then have to freeze it, then maybe you didn’t need it after all.

On of my top 10 funny film moments is when Groucho Marx (can’t remember which film) is seducing Margaret Dumont. She hears her husband coming and says:
“Quick! Duck behind the couch!” and Groucho obeys.
Husband comes in. Groucho stands up.
“There’s no duck behind the couch!”

I wonder if they’ll keep the duck for a pet.
