I’m sure you’re both right. I was going to post the ‘8th grade Spanish’ quiz awhile ago but then discovered that one of the answers was wrong.
According to Nog, the highest anyone can get on logical intelligence on this quiz is ‘below average’.

Felt I’d have done better on that had my knowledge of US politics not let me down.
Astonished to be rated Exceptional for Maths; it took me three attempts to get my O grade Maths at school – mind you, I did pass arithmetic first time with 90-something percent.

I tried changing the answers to the logic questions and rescoring. No dice. Below average is top mark. And while I have a fair to good command of arithmetic and language I am neither a verbal or mathematical genius.

I looked at the test and thought, ‘nope’. This is my standard response to IQ tests and to things that ask me to calculate someone’s age/weight/shoe size based on something or other else. (Actually, that sort of thing makes me think, ‘Who gives a duck?’ but you get the idea.)
Anyway. Based on the results above, contributed by people with more patience than me, I agree that the test is a bit dodgy.

It cracked me up to see how consternated Nog got about being ‘below average’ logical intelligence … sheesh already. Like he couldn’t stand not being the smartest puppy in the litter.
Does anybody actually take these quizzes seriously?
I was only 8% nerdy on the quiz at raincoaster’s this morning – didn’t hear me carry on about that (much). 😉

This does seem the teensiest bit odd, since the scores are so similar. I guess I shouldn’t complain; could have been worse…with a brain as out of practice as mine. 😉
