I hope you had a good one! I did okay; went to a friend’s for dinner. Ham. Corn. Scalloped potatoes. Salad. Pie and ice cream. That last was prety 😎
I think Americans are somewhat unimaginative, with holiday meals — it’s almost always ham for Easter. I think my family was the only one in the neighborhood that had lamb instead. Without the mint jelly, of course! 😉
