Someone once said (was it hmh?) that more than three toppings on a pizza was overkill. I tend to agree, though I never consider extra cheese as a different topping.
Thin crispyish crust with a spicy tomato sauce and cheese seem like the ‘basics’… to that I would normally add thinly sliced mushrooms and onions and some sort of spicy sausage or ham. And a drizzle of pesto over top plus some freshly grated parmesan, with a sprinkling of ground hot chili peppers, makes for total pizza heaven.

This is probably about right, except for the part about impeccable taste. also, I have a real problem with that quiz because I was not allowed “Beer” as a choice for what to have with my pizza, and there was no place to select “We almost always make it ourselves” when indicating where we get it from. But other than that, a fine quiz.
Re 3 ingredients: That probably would have been me, quoting from the author of the book “American Pie” (in which the author travels all over the US in a quest to find the best pizza in the country)(please give me that job!)
My absolutely favorite pizza has pesto for the sauce, roasted garlic, caramelized onions and calamata olives as toppings, and a mixture of parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Not too much cheese, either. Gotta sprinkle with the hot peppers. Yours sounds pretty good too.

Has anyone ever actually seen a meatball pizza? I haven’t, though I love those Italian meatball sandwiches on crusty bread.
Presumably an ‘Everything’ would include pineapple *ick* … actually, it would quite possibly include a lot of icky things. Maybe you two should take the test again?

True, but you do like pesto on pizza, so I reckon you are at least somewhat adventerous and hedonistic. And don’t forget that you packed up and moved to Spain – not everyone would do that.

Nowt wrong with pineapple on pizza. Though I’m not sure how well it would go with the non-cheese elements on some pizzas. Getting the right mix is as important as the individual toppings.

Ah, but pineapple with cheese, chicken and sweet barbecue sauce in place of the tomato sauce – that’s not too bad.

The stupid quiz said I was a cheese pizza. Bah!
The real me: Asparagus, spinach, mushrooms, ripe & green olives, every kind of pepper the place has, dollops of ricotta. Cream sauce is nice.
Anything except pineapples and anchovies.
I often order from Whole Foods Market (a chain of health food supermarkets, with a killer hot bar). They’ll put nearly anything in the store on a pizza.
“Organic Gummi Bears? We can do that!™”
