I’ve spoken here before about my West Wing addiction…
Have recently finished all seven series and am now rewatching them to use as a teaching tool with a couple of my students, which means I have to come up with questions for each episode. Today I got up to episode 3 in series 2 and loved this scene so much I wanted to use it on a debate forum on h2g2 … and hey, there it was on Youtube. And now here it is for you. π
In one of the very first episodes I watched C.J. asked Sam about the census, and I thought it was a wonderful way to weave a mini-civics lesson into the plot. So I became a fan, too.
It seemed to become more personality driven as time went by, but I suppose the TV gods must be fed. Still one of the best things on network TV here. (I still miss *Northern Exposure*!)

Azahar, thank you for that extremely thought provoking clip from one of my favorite tv shows ever. Doesn’t he have great questions?

Glad you liked it, hmh. π
Here is another of my favourite scenes ever – this one from the pilot episode, almost at the end and it’s the first time we see the President. What an entrance!

it’s a slightly used dell. my son bought it for me because the old one was beige and didn’t go with the new colour scheme he has planned for this room.
that’s poofters for you π
(I love him to bits)

It’s not just poofters – az does that, too. I, on the other hand, am colour blind, as in “What’s wrong with green and mauve?”

Mauve with anything is an abomination. And why would anyone design a beige computer??? Ewww…
