I have used 12 year old muscle shots in my header but re-shot a couple of identical poses with a self timer a few months back just to demonstrate that nothing much has deteriorated, except maybe my faith in humanity, which doesn’t show.

Before I met Bob I dated a bajillion guys on match.com – it was surprising how many of them were unrecognizable from their profile pics the first time we met …. In my experience men are WAY more off base in their pics and descriptions than women.
That may not be a fair assessment, of course. The women I know online are mostly my friends, not random strangers, so that narrows the pool a lot. I’m old and exceedingly cynical, and I tend to hang out with people who are more truthy than not.
