I played and scheduled my post to occur after midnight CDT. My take on the theme is appropriately floral.
I have been musing on the fact that usually Feria happens during the first weekend of April and then there are the festivities of Easter Week. So what does Sevilla do when the two coincide, as they will this year since Easter is on the first weekend of April. How insane does it actually get with both events going on at the same time?
Easter Sunday is the Sunday after the first full moon which falls on or after the Spring Equinox, and the Feria in Seville is always scheduled to start two weeks after. So every year it’s different and there is never any chance of them coinciding. I like it best when they don’t occur in the same month as nobody takes classes during those weeks.
Left to right … Lua (crankiest cat ever, died in 2004), my beautiful Sunny (Lua’s son, who died last November) and Azar (still alive & kicking).
The official photo looks so posed, like they knew exactly what they were doing. Before Loki I used to think no cat could be as cute as Azar … together they are almost lethal.
I differ. I think Loki sounds like he has enough zip for two or three at the moment.

True. He makes the Energizer Bunny look positively lethargic.

The trio of photos is very nicely done! And the two buddies are All Eyes in the official photo, no doubt eyeing the photographer!

Great shots of your cats. This has been such a fun theme with so many different angles. You’ve got great shots that fit the theme just right.

We have three female cats. They only rarely gather too closely, we call such occurrences a “catvention.”

I suspect that the ‘half’ will turn out to have enough personality for at least three!
