I thought I’d post it here too. Came across this very cool (heh) exhibit yesterday morning in the Plaza San Francisco, sponsored by Havana Cultura to promote creative ways of recycling electrical appliances and conserving energy. As you can see, there are many very elaborate and arty fridges on display
but this one below is my favourite because it made me laugh out loud.












Those are great! I’ve always wanted an old-fashioned fridge I could paint up like that but, of course, they are energy hogs.

What gets me is that it seems like a lot of work (and energy!) to transport and set up the exhibit for only three days. I’d like to see it there longer, but oh well…
