Well, I am of two minds about all of this. If I were invited and could just enjoy this incredible display of sometimes quite tortured (but tasty) food, then I’m sure I would have a great time.
But if I had to fork out 250 euros for the pleasure, then it probably wouldn’t be. A pleasure.
Given the opportunity, I would probably try: these dishes seem to be half-way between food and artistic statement, it is very intriguing. On the other hand I wouldn’t go great lengths to eat there, even if it was for the price of a normal restaurant.
Yes yes and yes. He’s an absolute genius. I love molecular gastronomy

I’d love to try it but, of course, it would be horrifically expensive. And you would be hungry for hours afterwards.

The video was short. There are about 45 “courses”, though some of them are very tiny indeed. Don’t think you’d leave hungry.
