Here’s Luna having a Sunbeam Moment this morning. She’s come a long way from the super scrawny kitten I first saw in that poster. At the time I thought she was only a few weeks old, but it turned out she was more like 3-4 months old, and so I chose this day in June to be her “official” birthday.

It’s actually a warning look… as in “Rub my belly and I’ll rip your hands to shreds”.
Luna is very…. Luna. She does enjoy an occastional belly rub, but only when I pick her up, cradle her in the crook of my arm and rub belly with free hand. Weirdo.
