I am blown away by this documentary. About a year or so ago I was tucking into some perfectly char-grilled tender octopus at a bar here and suddenly I just couldn’t. Eat it. Why? I dunno. But every time I mentioned it people assumed it was because I’d watched that creepy Netflix “My Octopus Teacher”. It wasn’t. It was because I’d been coming across various articles and videos about octopuses on Twitter and then that one day it just felt wrong. Anyhow, if you get a chance to watch Secrets of the Octopus (on Disney and Nat Geo) I highly recommend it. Fascinating stuff.
