Ha! Bet you thought I’d go the obvious route and post pics of my cat family. Instead you get this rather amazing feline sculpture I happened upon while wandering around Barcelona on my first trip there in 2007.

fff - largeThis week’s Friday Foto Finder challenge is “large”…

These tinajas (clay urns) at Casa Morales, founded in 1850, are so large that they had to built in situ. They would never have fit through the doors. They are no longer in use but each one is capable of holding 3500 litres of wine. I love them.
