This long holiday weekend saw the fourth Festival de la Ensaladilla y el Montadito held on the river side and hosted by the Academia Sevilliana de Gastronomía (of which I am a proud member) and Sevilla City Office. This year I popped in with Peter and Evan for a few bites and some cold beer. The weather was perfect and the festival was another resounding success.
