Way back in 2010 I created my first About Me pages and then pretty much forgot about them. Then this week I got an email notice saying that someone I know had started following the Sevilla Tapas page and I went back and had another look. Which ended up with me updating the Sevilla Tapas page and starting a new one for We Love Tapas. So if any of you out there have About Me pages let me know and I’ll follow you too. And maybe one day I’ll even figure out what these are good for. 😉

Last December I made my first About.me pages – one for azahar and one for Sevilla Tapas. Since starting to revamp the azahar-sevilla.com site the other day I thought it would be a good idea to make a new online business card for my new venture. What do you think?

A few months ago on Twitter I saw someone mention that they’s just reserved their URL with about.me and, curious, I went to check it out. And then I reserved two URLs – one for azahar and the other for SevillaTapas. And then I forgot all about it (much like when I first signed up for Twitter) until I started seeing that people were creating their new about.me pages. So yesterday I finally created my two custom “splash pages”, which also come with a personal analytics dashboard. Still not quite sure what to do with them, but I think they look quite cool and they tell people at a glance where to find me online.
