Say hello to Krispy Kat. The other day my friend Sharon stopped by because she is going to be stopping in to see the girls while I am away in Jerez next week. And she brought a gift! Krispy Kat makes an enticing crispy crinkly sound when you squeeze it (or bite it) and, as you can see, Luna loves it. It’s so weird because Luna is the more subdued of the two, not overly demonstrative (though she loves a belly rub ON HER TERMS) meanwhile she adores her toys. And of course the cat stand.

Meanwhile Morcilla, who is way more cuddly and affectionate, shows almost no interest in toys. She prefers to play with me one-on-one and then rip the shit out of the soft furnishings for fun. Anyhow, this was very clever of Sharon because when she pops over next week Luna will already know her scent. I’m just going away for two nights and, while I’m more or less okay leaving the girls overnight, any more than that it’s just nice to have someone check up on them.
