Polish author jailed over killing he used as plot
A Polish pulp fiction writer was sentenced to 25 years in jail yesterday for his role in a grisly case of abduction, torture and murder, a crime that he then used for the plot of a bestselling thriller.
The real story sounds way more intriguing than the fictional one he wrote. And if it weren’t real it would almost be hard to believe. And anyhow, how stupid was this guy to think he could get away with it, that nobody would clue in?
The whole thing is, actually, a plot for a Poe´ story. He used to say that the feeling of guilty is so hard to bear that at the end one ends up confesing it in a way or another. The Tell Tale, The Black Cat…
Although this case is closer to psychopatism than to any other feeling or motivation.
And, there would be an only commercial- oriented film about It sooner than a general social reprobation of the actions.

Yes, it’s often the need to confess – or boast – that gets these guys caught in the end.
It would be really cool if all the proceeds of this book were confiscated and given to a ‘victims of violent crimes’ help organisation.
