I like vanilla ice-cream a lot, but I would never put it as my favorite! Why not cookies-and-cream, or chocolate chip cookie dough?
LikeLike
Well, I only eat ice-cream maybe twice a year. Cookies and cream is also good, and I like pralines and cream too (choc chip cookie dough sounds disgusting!) but if I could only have one flavour of ice-cream for the rest of my life it would definitely be vanilla.

Interesting meme. I always enjoy reading these things…you always learn so much.

Are you going to tag yourself, WC?

Ahh, I guess you don’t like a straight helping of raw cookie dough then? That’s about the best thing, to me.

Hi, I read this and enjoyed but I’m not going to tag myself right now because I already have too many things to blog about!

I’ve seen The Departed. it’s great isn’t it?
I’ve seen the original japanese version as well but I can’t claim to have understood it at the time. seeing an english language version helped

I didn’t know there was an original Japanese version, nursemyra. What’s it called? Yes, it was so good that I could even overlook how much I can’t stand Matt Damon. Also an excellent soundtrack.
I saw you’re also participating on NaBloPoMo, hmh. If you want to put a button on your sidebar just let me know which one and I’ll send you the code to copy and paste in your text widget.
Correctomundo, Arnie. I used to as a kid but I just don’t have much of a sweet tooth anymore.

az: The Departed is the Hollywood remake of Infernal Affairs and Leonardo DiCaprio stars in it, not Matt Damon. Damn, I know enough about the movie, so I should see it! lol. Old friends blog who reviews and compares them.

Good review, Ashish. But Matt Damon was definitely in it. Think this is another one for my remake post.

The Onion had a spooth article about a Scorcese film called “The Deserving” which was 2 hours of Martin begging for an Oscar… 🙂
Btw, I though The Departed was great; I saw “Infernal Affairs” after, and thought it was waaay better.

A slightly different name (and apparently 3 hours long) but I found it, Arnie. 🙂
The Entitled

Of course!! The Entitled!! That actually is more funny and biting. I guess I was projecting some sympathy for Scorcese.

This excerpt hurts badly:
“Scorsese has lost to almost every major American filmmaker in his career, including actor–director Kevin Costner, who went on to create Waterworld and The Postman.”
