PicassoCats are surreal . . .
Back in September I wrote this post which invited people to create their own self portraits using Mr Picassohead. I then started The Picassohead Gallery to display our work, but the response wasn’t what I had hoped for.
So here is another chance to get all artsy and creative-like. To get your stuff put in the gallery just send the pic to me by email and I’ll take care of the rest.

I understand your sadness concerning the Picassohead Gallery, which was, in fact, a very good idea. But it is so difficult to make people participate, isn´t?
I am a French painter, and have created 3 weeks ago a new blog, Cafe Crem, encouraging artists, writers, etc in presenting there their favourite coffee cup, or any other interesting coffee cup, and to tell the story related to the cup. The blog is going very well for such a short time, people are really participating and interacting and discussing about many themes far from coffee cups! It feels like a real cafe already, where one goes to relax and meet other kind and interesting people. The only problem for me being that all of them live in America, and they go to Cafe Crem when i go to bed, more or less! You know, like the sun and the moon which never meet each other…
I would really love to find some European artists or “normal” people ready to participate, so that I don´t feel alone there! Are you not interested? Who knows, my Cafe Crem members and readers would perhaps be interested in your new Picasso project too… I guess they would!

Hmm. That is a very good question, azahar. It could be either one, but I think the expression and posture suggests massage. I hadn’t thought about it, I was just being an expressionist.

Thanks … it took me ages to do Sunny but Azar happened straight away, and that’s even quite an ‘Azar expression’ on his face (Sunny is more abstract).

Well, I wasn’t sad, but now it seems like the picassoheads have stopped coming in … 😦
I’ll try taking a nice photo of my favourite coffee cup for your blog, Miki. Though I’m not much of a coffee drinker myself I do love that first cup in the morning.
I should think mystarbucks would have something to add over there.

It’s November – and November demands more colourful hair. I’m less red than last year though, more copper like I think.
I’ve been “on tour” and not online much for a few weeks. Guess that will change now. The amount of unread postings were horrifying…
