Nog & I were talking about yesterday’s post and about how different our lives would be now if I had never bought The Salmon of Doubt that day, which began a discussion about how changing even one small event in the past could have massive and often unforeseen consequences. This led me to recall Stephen Fry’s excellent book Making History in which a man travels back in time and prevents Hitler’s birth only to discover that he had in fact made things worse.
And then I remembered this wonderful short film that I stumbledUpon awhile ago.
Winner of over 35 film festival awards
Gee, it’s only 8 minutes long … so okay, I’m leaving a comment just so the thingy doesn’t say NO COMMENTS.
Where is everybody?
It really is an excellent film.

I just found it now! of course I’ll comment – it’s great, well worth the 8 minutes I should have been doing dishes

Dishes can always wait. I just thought I might have scared people off calling this a ‘short film’ and they may have thought it was much longer.
But it was generally a slow day all around yesterday.

No, I was doing massage all day, and then today I was out moving rocks around most of the day. I just found it and watched it and LOVED it! Thanks for putting it up, az.
