Germany likes to call itself the “Land of Ideas” – and over the centuries it has certainly had plenty of them. It was Germans who invented the aspirin, the airship, the printing press and the diesel engine.
But Germany has surely never produced anything quite as weird as the automated restaurant.

I love this idea, and I would definitely eat lunch there – maybe not ideal for a more relaxing or romantic dinner, but a quick lunch would be perfect.

after hanging out with the upset waitress, and welldonefillet, i’m a little intimidated by servers… they have the power! this might be a nice, safe and socially unsatisfying means to grab a meal…

True, they can’t steal your fries or backwash into your drinks on the way to your table, daisy… still, there’s something kinda creepy about this robo-restaurant.
Not even sure if I’d want to eat a quick lunch there, truce.
