Hmmmm. I also thought ice cream first but then the green sprinkled on top makes me think maybe it is some sort of main course dish. I have no idea. Nice stripe shot.
Much as I get the impression of dessert, knowing that you don’t have much of a sweet tooth, I’m inclined to guess it’s a savory dish. Eggs with bechamel and a drizzle of balsamic reduction?
This is two scoops of ensaladilla, which is a potato salad usually made with prawns, mayonnaise, peppers and green onion. The stripes were done with alioli and a trickle of molasses, topped with crushed parsley.
