It said I was the navel. I don’t even let mine show except when I’m hanging upside down and my shirt falls over my head.

Heh, heh …
So, what was the description for the navel chakra?

I’m not sure quite how they get this out of the Manipura Chakra, which I think of as a tunnel revealing a view into a yellow Kubla-Khan skyscape somehow (the name means “City of Jewels”). Fire element, hara, energy conversion, all that sort of thing. Here’s what the quiz says –
You are confident and assertive. You have the self esteem to stand up for yourself and what you believe in.
You are persuasive and intuitive. You are good at leading a group, even if its members don’t get along.
You are inspiring. You understand when people need encouragement or nurturing, and you’re able to give it to them.
You have a lot of will and are very determined. You are able to see tasks through, and you have the courage to aim high.

Yeah I’m sacral too. Is that going to help my bad back?

Damn, if only I could get my mitts on your back.

Probably not, nursemyra, but this will!
Treat Your Own Back
Linda (aka Beatrice) found this on my Amazon wish list awhile ago and very kindly sent it to me and – seriously – it has changed my life.
Written by a fellow New Zealander, it has confirmed everything I’ve ever intuited about my lower back pain, and it has very easy exercises to follow that make all the difference – especially with preventing future Back Attacks.
I always make sure I slip in a couple of the exercises during yoga class (usually when everyone else is standing on their heads). And if I wake up with a stiff back I just do five minutes of the exercises and feel fine again. Can’t recommend this book highly enough.
And I’m sure Big Bad Johnny P would agree.

Agile – now that’s not the first adjective that anyone who knows me would use, nor even the second.

I am also a third eye chakra. I can often feel it opening up in the middle of my forehead.
