I actually haven’t tasted it yet, nursemyra (so you’ll have to wait for a description, Sled). It’s one of the bottles of wine that Susan left behind. I opened it yesterday evening so I could have a cork in the shot. Quite looking forward to having some at lunchtime with the tuna and swordfish I got at the market yesterday.
I agree with Archie. That has to be one of the most important utensils in the house! If I had thought of it, I could post a picture of five different wine cork pullers; apparently they are still trying to invent a better “mousetrap”. But I chose a different direction in the utensil family, it is predictable. . .
I bought my Mom a great corkscrew, ergonomic and easy to use. removes the cork from the bottle and with a reverse motion, removes the cork from the screw. Now, if only she would remember where she put it every time!
Now you’re talking!

I want to know how the wine tasted, and at the risk of repeating what HMH already did, you have an award at my place.

Thanks for the kick in the arse, az… I finally got mine up and, for a change, it is unwordy and has a single photo…
