I totally LOVE this!
A bookcase and cat tree all in one. Isn’t it fabulous?
The link to this was sent to me this morning on Twitter by @annalibera and I could see straight away why she knew I’d like it.
Only one problem… I’d need to get more cats to fill it up!

…and I don’t think it’s mandatory with so many cats. But, OTOH the Lair Cats already uses the bookshelves for climbing, spying, sleeping, hide and seek, gravity testing and all other things they find suitable.

For some reason the original manufacturer’s site doesn’t like my browser and keeps trying to creep away to the side of the screen (fortunately the design rulz link worked OK). It looks like it would actually be a pretty easy thing to make for someone with basic carpentry skills. I sent the page to my engineer, who has a cordless circular saw and is always looking for something to cut with it; will report if anything happens (there are nine cats in his house).
