December 7 is Fergie Day too! It’s the day I finally lured him in from the yard after he had been camping there for five months. I was going to post about it, but kept tripping over the fact that in the US Dec.7 is Pearl Harbor Day, which is almost disappearing from the public consciousness as my parents’ generation dies off, so I wanted to remind people of that too, and then it came out sort of clunky and I gave up.
I still think Fergie snuck across the Atlantic and fathered Loki despite being neutered at the time. The resemblance is too eerie.

There’s actually another big orange dude who may very well be Loki’s dad. I’ve seen him in the Murillo gardens for years (last sighting a couple of nights ago) and he hangs out not far from where Loki & siblings were found. You never know…
