I can understand your frustration. We are registered with local health centre but can’t get test results via their webpage because it won’t recognise our NIEs, Paul now is getting a hospital appointment but can’t access the results to take with him! The GP doesn’t want a face to face to give results but reads them out rapidly over the phone. The receptionist won’t discuss our access problems and suggests we call for a GP appointment (currently taking about a week through the central system in place for the pandemic…..and so we keep going round and round!
I’m okay with all this now because my GP always prints out a copy of the results and leaves it at the desk for me. But he is retiring in September… not sure how easy it will be after that. I should get the results next Monday, but who knows when I’ll see the oncologist.
I think you can go to your health centre or hospital and ask for a print out of all your medical history, test results, etc.
