
Step one in dietary tweaks before seeing the nutritionist/endocrinologist in a couple of weeks… starting with a daily dose of omega-3 cold fish oil. There are some other tweaks going on of course, poco á poco, but this is one of the easy ones. Anyone out there taking this too?
Yes I(we) take fish oil. That and a multi vitamin. Sometimes vitamin D and also sometimes glucosamine. It’s the cell’s mitochondria that need the omega 3s is kind of how I understand it. And you want happy mitocondria, right?! You’re making all kinds of positive changes. ❤️

Yes I want happy mitochondria! I’m also looking into a multivitamin and maybe a turmeric supplement too.
