Why were you even out there for 40 minutes? When I have to go out I plan out an AC to AC route so I am actually out in the weather as little as possible. I look at it the same as the extreme cold I experienced growing up in northern Canada. It’s not safe out there.
Because I’m nuts, and a bout of exercise is the only thing keeping me sane on the daily at this point, and I have to have a fecking dental surgery today plus the heat is going to peak, so today isn’t happening. I mean I did go out as early as I could make myself while it was still “only” 85 or so F. But got damm it was sticky and soggy out. I’m keeping the Polar Seltzer company in business.
I hit 101 here today (Fahrenheit, I can’t do the calculations).
I lasted 40 minutes out there before throwing in the towel.
I keep meaning to check in for longer (your knee! Oh lordy!) but I keep wilting.
