This morning I was invited to attend a special Williams & Humbert event at the Sherry Cocktail Bar. The tasting was led by W & H rep Abraham Burgos with three wines that had been chosen by resident somm & mixologist Eduardo Rodríguez: Fino en Rama 2015 (bottled 2024) an Amontillado en Rama 2010 (bottles 2024) and Canasta Cream VORS (30+ years old).

It was great. First of all to see several people I knew at the tasting and also to meet Abraham, who had recently been in touch with me about a possible collaboration. And of course I always love seeing Edu! The wines were spectacular. I’ll be writing more about it over on Bitesize Sevilla… now it’s time for bed!
