Whether you like it or not, the Christmas season is being thrust upon us. I admit that even I was a bit irked when I saw decorations up in El Corte Inglés IN OCTOBER, but now that December is nigh I’m actually getting quite excited for the city Christmas lights to be turned on (next Friday) and otherwise enjoying all the things I enjoy about this holiday. So I thought I would share some sound advice from the fabulous Fascinating Aida for all of you who insist on not liking Christmas. Can’t hurt, might help…  😉

This whole Christmas season has flown by! I think because I was away in Málaga, then in Jerez… Today I finally visited the Christmas Craft market, on the last morning it was open. And I did have plans to go out and see the Cabalgata (Three Kings Parade) this evening, but cosy comfort at Casa Azahar won out. I ended up making a late lunch at home and curling up with the cats.

It’s also the last night for the Christmas lights! I am so going to miss them. Once again I kind of feel like I have missed Christmas altogether. Maybe next year?
