This week’s Friday Foto Finder challenge is “delicate”.

These are tortillitas de camarones, with a delicate filagree batter encasing tiny prawns and then quick fried to perfection. I had these ones, the best in Spain and possibly the world, at Casa Balbino when I went to Sanlúcar de Barrameda last weekend.
