
A few years ago a friend sent me this link and I was reminded of it today when I saw it on Laverne & Shirley’s blog. It’s quite addictive but, as I discovered this morning, it’s also a lot trickier when using a laptop mouse.

A few years ago a friend sent me this link and I was reminded of it today when I saw it on Laverne & Shirley’s blog. It’s quite addictive but, as I discovered this morning, it’s also a lot trickier when using a laptop mouse.
It certainly is tricky with a laptop mouse. Tried a couple and junked them. Might have another go later.

I did try that one, Laverne, and it’s way more user friendly … but what’s all that “Popular Front/Salvation Army” stuff? π

Hmmm, I didn’t see anything like that. I came across this a couple of years ago, too.
It’s fun! And the results are probably as unique as the frozen ones. π

This is the other link, SC. While it is a lot easier, the first one is more like you’d do it with real paper and scissors.

Awhile ago I mentioned to Nog how the first link is more like making real paper snowflakes and he admitted that he’d never made one in his whole life!
Well, guess what he’s doing now… π

Photo evidence of the previously deprived Nog hard at work (the dictionaries were used to flatten out the flakes afterwards). We’ve put the snowflakes up on our balcony windows – very pretty! π

Now Nog can say he has hit all the high notes! Very nice snowflakes for a novice, particularly for Espana… π
