Well, I gave it a go. Now it is 8 a.m. and I feel like I need a big gin and tonic because what those people did was put up an image with a big yellow bag over my head with two eye holes cut in it. Apparently, there is not a damned thing they can do for me.

To be honest, while I wasn’t actually expecting to come out looking like the thumbnail pic I posted here, I did have a brief “moment” before I got the joke.
Not sure if this makes us insecure or vain or both.
Nog laughed out loud right away when I showed him his ‘makeover’.
Also brought back memories of the Unknown Comic – remember him?

No, I’m afraid I don’t. I read the Wikipedia link and during his heyday I was living in Alaska sans electricity. We enteretained ourselves listening classical music on the radio and reading classic books out loud to each other. Les Miserables was one of those, also Atlas Shrugged.

I went through a time like that in my late teens/early twenties. Didn’t watch any television for a few years, only listened to ‘serious’ radio, only read ‘important’ books, etc.
It was an interesting time but it was also a bit like being in a time warp – nothing topical or current from that time is anywhere in my memory bank, you know? Sometimes it still feels a bit weird when that comes up.
So, looks like the Unknown Comic is also the Unremembered Comic. 😉
